Nicole Anderson

 

Nicole Anderson, Principal of Anderson Law Group, practices primarily in the area of estate planning and business law. She lives in Laguna Beach with her husband, Peter Anderson.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy from The Colorado College and attended the London School of Economics for one year in pursuit of her degree. She then worked as the economic project coordinator for the Sonoma County Economic Development Board.

Nicole is currently pursuing her L.L.M in taxation from Chapman University School of Law. She received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and attended Chapman as a visiting student. In law school, Nicole was selected to be one of four members on the appellate advocacy team, placing third in the regional finals at the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Before founding Anderson Law Group, she served as a judicial intern clerk for the Honorable Paul V. Gadola, federal district court judge for the Sixth Circuit. In addition, Nicole was a law clerk for the Assistant United States Attorney in Detroit and for the law offices of Cline, Cline and Griffin. She then worked for Anderson & Le, LLP in Orange County.

Nicole is a member of the Trusts & Estates section of the State Bar of California, as well as a member of the Trusts and Estates, Elder Law and Business Law sections of the Orange County Bar Association. She volunteers her time with the Junior League of Orange County and serves on the committee for the Orange County Bar Foundation for Higher Education’s Mentoring Project.

Nicole is a frequent lecturer in the areas of Living Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning, Asset Protection Estate Planning and Business law. She welcomes invitations to speak on any Estate Planning or Business Law topic. She is fluent in German and enjoys traveling, running her dog, Oscar, on the beach and spending time with her husband, Peter.
