Regina Jacobson

Regina is a Native California and spent most of her adult life as a designer/manufacturer in the clothing industry. She was co-owner of a women’s art-wear clothing line in the early 1980’s and had her own line of children’s clothing from 1986-1995 that was carried in large department stores and high end boutiques both around the world.

She received her BFA from Laguna College of Art & Design in 2003 and since then her artwork has been shown in exhibitions, solo shows and gallery shows throughout the country. Besides graduating Summa Cum Laude from Laguna College, Regina received the Metropolitan Museum of Art Award in 2002. She has been in several publications including H Magazine and Coast Magazine and has been the guest speaker at Azusa Pacific University and The Art Forum at Santa Ana College. Many of Regina’s works are in private collections throughout California and nationally. Regina says: “It is a great privilege to be connected to my alma mater as a Trustee and work alongside the other board members to support the students, the college and the art—three things that I hold very dear.”

Regina was Vice President of Women’s Outreach for 10 years and she and her husband of 27 years Terry served on the Board of Directors of American Family Living for 15 years. Regina has three children and grandmother to six.

Regina lives in Corona del Mar in what she calls “our other pride and joy—our 1929 craftsman style beach bungalow that we have been remodeling for the last 22 years.”
