Stevan Gromet - Vice Chair

Stevan Gromet is the principal of Gromet & Associates, a boutique real estate transactional law firm located in Irvine, California. Mr. Gromet has been practicing real estate law since 1980. He is licensed to practice law in California.

Mr. Gromet’s areas of experience and competency include many aspects of real estate development, finance and management for both institutional and developer clients. Specific practice areas include: purchase and sale agreements (unimproved and improved properties - industrial, office, retail, hotel, residential land), A & D financing negotiation and documentation (for both lenders and borrowers, including participating loans and mezzanine debt structures), general and limited partnerships, joint ventures (including life insurance companies and banks), limited liability companies, corporate organizations, construction contracts, architect’s agreements, consulting and engineering agreements, leases (single and multi tenant office, industrial, commercial, retail, restaurant), title and subdivision work, foreclosure and workouts (both on behalf of lenders and borrowers), industrial bond financing, communities facilities district financing, common interest subdivisions (residential, mixed use and industrial parks, condominiums and planned unit developments), property management agreements, incentive management agreements (profit participation agreements). Mr.
Gromet’s clients are based primarily in southern California, but their real estate business interests extend to Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Hawaii.

Mr. Gromet has an “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell (the highest rating an attorney can receive from that organization). He is a member of Urban Land Institute (Orange County Chapter), the Building Industry Association (Orange County) and the Jewish Federation of Orange County, Commercial Real Estate & Construction Division.
