Terry Smith

Terry Smith retired after 23 years of service with Balboa Life and Casualty, having held a series of positions from Programmer Analyst to Regional Office Manager. Prior to that, Terry worked at Sisters of Saint Joseph Data Center, Pacific Life, and was a Mathematics Teacher at La Canada High School.

Mr. Smith has been a Laguna Beach resident for 35 years and is actively involved in current and previous City Council campaigns. He is on the Laguna Beach Arts Commission, a member of the Festival of the Arts, an active member of St. Catherine’s Church, and is a volunteer and Board member for the Friends of the Library Group. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pomona College and a Masters Degree from Claremont Graduate School.
